You are acknowledged that you have read and agreed to bound by the term and condition mentioned below:

1. You are deemed to have inspected the above goods before taking delivery. Therefore, we shall not be held liable for any losses or damages suffered by you resulting from the use of the goods for any reason whatsoever, such as product malfunction.
2. We shall be entitled to forfeit the deposit in the event you fail to take delivery of the goods within 30 days.
3. We shall not be responsible for any illegal use of our products.
4. Overdue invoice shall attract interest at 1% per month and you shall be liable to pay the cost of legal notice issued.
5. You are not allowed to resell our products to war zone/s and we shall not be held liable in whatsoever manner in the event of such occurrence.
6. If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, we shall be entitled retake the goods from you.

8. 35% Restocking Charge will be applied on all approved returns within 7 days. Together with attorney Fee incurred in making collections.
9. Delivery will be 7-14 working days from date confirmation order, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused
10. All Merchandise title remains with Precomp (Singapore) Pte Ltd  until full payment had been made.
